#BeattheStreetsNationals Youth Experience Showcase

On June 27th, approximately 200 Beat the Streets student-athletes in grades 7 through 12, hailing from 9 cities across the country, convened in Chicago for 4 days of wrestling technique camp, off-the-mat enrichment, and sightseeing – all culminating with the inaugural Beat the Streets National Duals 2022 tournament on June 30th.

We want to offer our Beat the Streets athletes opportunities to tell the community about their experiences at the Duals. We hope this content captures and illustrates special moments, new experiences, friendships, and passion,

Youth can submit work such as:
– Creative digital content (videos/spoken word/photo montage/Instagram Reels, etc.)
– Creative content (mixed media/drawings/physical art)
– Essay, article, or poem

Deadline for entries: August 31, 2022

Rules: Beat the Streets athletes are encouraged to participate in a BTS National Duals Experience Contest in which they may express and share their thoughts on the experience by creating digital content, writing, or creating artwork. Each athlete may submit one entry to depict their experience at the inaugural Beat the Streets Duals. Please submit all files/written entries and photos of art work via the form below by midnight, August 31, 2022.

Prize: Finalists will be featured in an article on Intermat and the Beat the Streets National Newsletter and website. Participants will earn a free t-shirt.
